Swift Lynx Express Delivery – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Swift Lynx Express Delivery. By using our courier and logistics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Swift Lynx Express Delivery.

  • “Customer” refers to the sender, receiver, or any party requesting services.

  • “Shipment” refers to all items transported under a single waybill, including parcels, documents, cash, or high-value items like jewelry.


2. Services Offered

Swift Lynx Express offers national and international courier services, including:

  • Same-Day Delivery

  • Next-Day Delivery

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping

  • International Delivery

  • Bulk & Business Logistics

  • Secured Transport for cash, valuables, and jewelry


3. Shipping Restrictions

The following items will not be accepted for transport:

  • Illegal or counterfeit goods

  • Explosives or hazardous materials (unless authorized)

  • Items prohibited by law in origin or destination country

Note:
Cash and jewelry are accepted only under specific conditions (see Section 6 and 7).


4. Packaging and Labeling

Customers are responsible for:

  • Secure and tamper-evident packaging

  • Clear, complete labeling of recipient and sender details

  • Ensuring valuable items are clearly declared and insured

Swift Lynx reserves the right to inspect, delay, or refuse shipments that do not meet packaging or security standards.


5. Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates. The Company is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)


6. Transport of Cash and Jewelry

Transport of cash, precious metals, or jewelry is permitted under the following terms:

  • Must be declared at the time of booking

  • Special secure packaging may be required

  • High-value items must include added insurance

  • Cash shipments are only accepted for approved business accounts or secured delivery requests

Failure to declare valuables may result in loss of coverage or liability.


7. Liability and Insurance

  • The Company’s standard liability is limited to SEK 500 per shipment.

  • For cash, jewelry, or other declared valuables, extended liability or full coverage can be purchased.

  • Insurance must be requested prior to dispatch.

  • Claims must be filed in writing within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of value and shipment.


8. Payment Terms

  • All fees are due upon booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional charges may apply for insurance, secured handling, or special delivery needs.

  • Late payments are subject to a penalty of 2% monthly interest.


9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made before dispatch.

  • No refunds will be issued once a shipment is in transit, especially for insured items.

  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability are non-refundable.


10. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate shipment details

  • Declare all high-value items honestly

  • Ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location

  • Abide by all applicable shipping and customs regulations


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.


12. Changes to Terms

Swift Lynx Express may update these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of services implies agreement to the updated terms.
