Yes. All shipments are covered by our basic liability insurance of SEK 500 (or equivalent in local currency). However, this coverage is limited and may not reflect the actual value of your shipment.
Absolutely. We strongly recommend purchasing extended insurance for any shipment valued over SEK 500, especially when shipping:

Jewelry or collectibles
Electronics

To file a claim for loss or damage:
Email info@swiftlynxexpress.com within 7 calendar days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Provide your tracking number, proof of value (invoice or appraisal), and photos if applicable.
Our team will initiate an investigation and respond within 5–7 business days.Note: Claims for undeclared or improperly packaged valuables may be rejected.
We do not transport:
Illegal drugs or substances
Explosives or ammunition
Biohazardous materials
Perishable items (unless specifically approved)
Live animalsWe also reserve the right to inspect and refuse items deemed unsafe or improperly packaged.
Yes, but only on request. These items require special packaging and advance notice. We currently do not offer refrigerated or cold-chain delivery services.
