Yes, we offer pickup services for all major delivery types. Standard pickups are scheduled during business hours. For secured or high-value shipments, we recommend pre-arranged appointments to ensure the proper security protocols are in place.
Yes. Once your shipment is registered in our system, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can then visit the “Track & Trace” section on our website to follow your package in real time. SMS tracking is not currently offered.
If the recipient is not present during the delivery:
We will attempt one redelivery at no extra charge.
If delivery fails again, the item will be held at the nearest Swift Lynx depot for 5 business days.
If unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to the sender. Return fees may apply.
Yes, you can. We specialize in transporting high-value shipments such as:Cash (banknotes, currency transfers)

Precious metals and stonesHowever, such items must be:
Fully declared at the time of booking
Packaged securely according to our guidelines
